I was called to take a look at a Bosch battery ignition water wizard, after carrying out a number of tests with a mutimeter and making a few adjustments the unit was again back working.

Once I was able to light the burner it was osbvious that the unit was in great need of a service of the gas section and burner, the attached short video in my services gas fitting  will show you a burner with very poor flame picture and stability, the big yellow flame is a sure sign that incomple combustion is taking place and that carbon monoxide is being produced, the unit is being replaced with a new up to date gas continuous flow hot water service.
